Purchases will be limited to four (4) tickets, and all ticketholders will be required to present government-issued photo ID upon entry to confirm identity.

All attendees are urged to wear properly fitted face masks except where medical conditions do not allow.

Each concert will be strictly limited to 100 physically distanced attendees, each of whom will be assigned a reserved seat spaced 2 metres apart and receive a face mask upon entry as part of the ticket price. The series has been designed and produced in accordance with public health best practices and has been vetted by City staff.

All attendees will be screened by questionnaire and touchless infrared thermometer prior to entry. Individuals are asked to self-assess on day of event and remain at home if they are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or flu-like symptoms; please consult the Government of Ontario’s online self-assessment tool if in doubt. Those with symptoms, who have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or who have told to self-isolate, should not attend.

Attendees must self-certify that they do not have COVID-19 symptoms, have not been diagnosed with or had direct contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case in the past 14 days, and will comply with the event’s safety policies and procedures including wearing face coverings, physical distancing, and other determined requirements. Violation of policies will constitute cause for removal from the event.

Accessibility corridors have been provided to facilitate audience flow and safely allow entry and exit. Physical distancing measures will also be in place around access to public washrooms, along with enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols.

Ticketholders must maintain physical distancing by staying at least 2 metres (6 feet) apart from others outside their household or social circle. In June, Supercrawl festival organizers announced that they would be rescoping event programming in response to pandemic-related public health considerations. While the massive free event, which drew more than 250,000 fans in 2019, will not be taking place in 2020, organizers have been working on a slate of special events starting this fall. In addition to this ticketed series, Supercrawl organizers are working on an additional series of concerts and cultural events running October to March. Details on that series will be announced shortly.
