Making Miracles Happen on Miracle Treat Day
HAMILTON, ON – August 7, 2018: On August 9, participating Dairy Queen locations in Brantford, Burlington, Caledonia, Hamilton, Simcoe, and the Niagara Region are serving up miracles to mark the 16th annual Miracle Treat Day.
Net proceeds from every Blizzard® Treat will be donated to McMaster Children’s Hospital, one of 14 children’s hospitals across Canada supported by Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). Proceeds will support patient care, research, education and redevelopment initiatives, and help fund the purchase of priority medical equipment.
Since the partnership between Dairy Queen and Children’s Miracle Network began in 1984, Dairy Queen has become a top contributor with $135 million raised to date across North America. For more information about Miracle Treat Day, visit MiracleTreatDay.ca.
McMaster Children’s Hospital transforms lives as the only children’s hospital in south-central Ontario. Buy a Blizzard® Treat on August 9 and help enable specialized care for patients at McMaster Children’s Hospital and its associated programs.
