Hey, it’s Producer Sam! I’m thrilled to be participating in F45 Hamilton Downtown’s 8 Week Challenge.
Week 6 of the challenge is over and I am starting to get my groove back slowly but surely from my ankle injury. I am still taking options when I can on cardio days (jumping is still a no no) but I don’t feel like I’ve skipped a bit this past week. I was in class 6 out of 7 days and I am really proud of myself for that.
This week, we are focusing on another VERY important aspect of the challenge : NUTRITION!
This can be a scary word for some. Some try to avoid it all together, press on harder at the gym and not give it a second though. And while for others it goes hand in hand with their workouts, are you really getting the most out of your nutrition or truly understand what your body needs?
